Our Lady of Perpetual Help church began construction in 2014. It was built to replace the original church in Bunnamweri (1st picture) that was approximately 70 years old.  While not yet completed, this much larger new building is jam packed on Sundays. Many of the children who cannot afford to go to school, keep the faith by participating in youth groups at the new building all week.
